I live in Ohio with my husband and 1 child..I enjoy trying new recipes. My family tends to always eat the same things.. but when I try something new I seem to always do it on Sunday's when I have more time..We like recipes that are quick and easy..
My cooking triumphs
chicken alfredo - it's my families favorite recipe. When my dad mentions that he likes something that I made and he really enjoys it that means the world to me.
My cooking tragedies
Ribs it seems like I can't make them at all..and we love ribs.

Granny's Swiss Steak
It was good, I didn't have tomato juice either I did as another review suggested and use tomato soup with 1/2 cup of water. I also chopped my vegetables into small pieces as well to avoid the usual " I don't like that". I also use chilli sauce instead do plain ketchup for a little kick. Son enjoyed it, and I as well. will make again soon!

Hot Shredded Chicken Sandwiches
My family did like this, it was a little mushy but that is how it is suppose to be. I cooked it with 3 large chicken breasts and had plenty left over for lunch the next day, and it was good!

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole
I thought this recipe was good, much better than out of the box and took less time. I took the advice of others and added more milk 1/2c and 1/2c of sour cream to make it creamy. I also used Roasted garlic bread crumbs. In addition I up the cans of tuna to 3 cans(6oz cans). Family approved!!
