FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We cooked this for 14,000 troops here in Iraq and it disapeared like it was a prop in a magic act. It was light and fluffy but still solid and thick perfect consitancy and sweetness factor was just enough. This is a keeper! The frosting was a perfect fit for it as well. Major applaus on this one Tammy!

Fruit Pizza

This deffinatly needed the whipped topping to make it light and smooth. Still good but not the best Ive tried from this site.

Awsome! I would have gave this 6 stars if I could. I have made this several times andhad people begging for more. People actualy ask when Im going to make it agin between days when I do other desserts. Cant speak highly enough about this one!!

Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie

Very good I looked a close to fifteen different recipies befor I found this one. This was the only one I made. I used the Cream cheese tart shells by Glenda on this site to make mini single serving Lemon Meringue tarts. I used the zest off a lemon to mellow it out some they were great!

Jalapeno Chicken II

This recipie was a nice change from the regular stuffed jalepinos. I added a rub I made to the chicken and added lime honey and celantro to the marinadeand let it sit and chill over night. If i make it agin I will deffinatly add shrimp or crab to the cream cheese before finishing it.

Cream Cheese Tart Shells

Fast, Easy and good I added a little vanilla and Honey to make them sweet. I used a few muffin tins to make 24 of them held up really well with minimal shrinkage.

Southwest Pork and Bean Salad

This was a great reacipie for left over pork. I used leftover BBQ ribs I grilled earlier in the day and let it marinate together over night. I didnt have any Balslamic vinager but it didnt matter much the smoke from the grill made up for it in flavor. This is a keeper.
