Mrs. Strong's Casserole
Simple, easy week night dinner. Also nice recipe to add/subtract as needed. We now use this in our monthly menu planning.

Coconut Poke Cake
REALLY great recipe. I generally do not go for this type of recipe or cake. I have been looking at this recipe for almost a year before I made it, wish I had made it sooner!! Make this cake, you will not regret it!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
I am rarely moved to review a recipe and especially one with such high praise already. Truly fabulous recipe!! Did not change a thing, came out perfect. Also, as a side note, the oil in the recipe is what makes these muffins come out with a cupcake like texture. THANKS for a great recipe.
