Scottish Bubbles and Squeak Patties

What can I say? This BLEW my mind. So amazing. Been listening to my Scottish tunes all afternoon and this just completed the evening. My whole family liked it - even my Dad!

Holy smokes this is delicious! Yes, I have done a bit of tweaking, but still the heart of the recipe. I am so greatful to be able to make Snickerdoodles that have slight redeeming nutrtional value to them. Nice and fluffy and tasty! I've made it twice in the past month, now. I definitly recommend this.

Irish Bannock

I have made this 3 times in the past three weeks. It's addicting! And I love how there is barely any butter or sugar in it. I can whip up a loaf in under 10 minutes, which is perfect to do right before I do homework. By the time my homework is done, my snack is ready! It doesn't need anything on it to be served, which is wonderful. No eggs either, which is great. I add all the buttermilk. I haven't needed it yet, I just dump it on the pan and that has worked out fine. Anywas, definitly recommend it - especially to share!

Curried Cauliflower

Fantastic recipe. Delicious versatile sauce. I added a lot more veggies (carrots, peas, etc) and some chicken breasts. I think next time I would use fat free mayo and such because it is a bit unhealthy... but hopefully the veggies help a bit :P

Oatmeal Yeast Bread

This bread is fantastic! Last night I had a party full of teenagers, instead of the usual snacks, I put a fresh, hot loaf on a platter and let them pull of pieces. It was a hit and everyone loved it. "This bread is sooo good!" was one phrase I kept hearing. Definitely something I will make a again.
