My family really enjoyed this. I used unsweetened pineapple which was a mistake because it was a little sour. The person who reviewed the recipe on May 20th must have baked the cake too long. Mine was very moist! Will make again.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These were a hit with my whole family. Very easy to make and I always appreciate recipes that use ingredients that are readily available in my pantry. The recipe made 12 full size muffins. Will definitely make again, but might add nuts to either the batter or the crumb topping.

Apple Pecan Cobbler

My family loved the recipe. The pecans add something special to the cobbler. My only mistake was with the apples I used. Should have used something a little more tart.

Wake-Up Casserole

My whole family enjoyed this. I used frozen cubed hash browns and fried them with some onions first. Kept everything else the same. May add diced green pepper next time also.
