World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Everyone is right, this is an amazing recipe. I made it for my 2 brothers and they loved it. I would recommend following the advice of the other reviews. I followed these rec's: -increase to a full teaspoon of fennel seeds -add 1/2 teaspoon of cinammon to sauce -reduce to 1 tablespoon of sugar -reduce to 1 teaspoon of salt -add dash of nutmeg to cheese mixture -triple the garlic -increase to 23 oz of ricotta Enjoy!!

Carrot Patties

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
These were very bland. I added onions and extra garlic per suggestions, but they were still pretty unappetizing. Will not be making again.

Festive Turkey Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
these were way too sweet, and actually pretty boring. I followed the recipe exactly, and was not impressed. Not inedible, but nothing I cared to finish either. Will not be making again.

Carrot Dill Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
Made this last night for dinner, and had it for lunch today! Yummy recipe that would have gotten 5 stars, except that after I made it following the recipe exaclty, I had to make some slight modifications. I added about a tablespoon of brown sugar, and I added salt and pepper as well because it was lacking flavor. Very good!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

This is a really delicious tuna salad recipe. I've used all different kinds of mayo with it, and it turns out great every time.

Maple Dill Carrots

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
These were really good, and extremely easy to make. I think they were slightly too sweet, so I will reduce the amount of sugar next time (and there WILL be a next time!). Also, I used dry dill, so per suggestions, I put in 3/4 teaspoon of it. Perfect amount I think.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
I just made this and I'm eating it as I type! It is absolutely delicious. I was afraid a whole onion was going to be too much, but it is wonderful. I used shredded cheddar instead of muenster and it is yummers.
