Corn Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
This is a 5 star dip! It is my "go to" for all parties now, and people expect it! The only thing I add is a spoonful of chopped green chilies and I like the mexicorn that has the chipolte seasoning.

Hot Pizza Dip

This turned out great! I added a little garlic powder while mixing the spices into the cream cheese. I also heated it @ 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes rather than microwaving. It is really good served with the scoop Fritos.

California Chicken Spaghetti

I agree with the previous raters-the feta is critical to this dish and I also did not find the need to cut the pasta in half or use any less. I did use less Blackened Seasoning because I have younger kids who are not fans of spicy foods. WONDERFUL DISH!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
This is a nice break from "regular" soups and chilis. My 10 year old had seconds. I used heineken in mine and only used about 10oz rather than the whole 12oz because of all the reviews I read about the bitter beer taste. I did throw in a dash of sugar to cut that bitterness. Overall-incredible dish!

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
This was amazing! I went to my local farmer's market and got some fresh chard, sweet tomatoes, candy onions and the sharpness of the chard with the sweetness of the tomatoes/onions was superb! The beans add a great texture. I made this for guests (which I do not like to try out "new" things on guests) but they loved it as well. I also added a little minced garlic as recommended.

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
I added some cooked grilled chicken strips because it is easier to get my two year old to eat something if chicken is in it and that was a nice addition to this already amazing recipe. Also, I did not have any pasta sauce on hand, so I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes and that worked great. This has definitely been added to my recipe box!

Chicken Parmesan Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2009
This was good, especially for a large crowd. I followed the suggestions of the previous raters and doubled the sauce and that made worked great! I also added some spices (basil, oregano) and sliced fresh mozzarella on top with the bread crumbs. Everyone liked it.
