Inger's Spaghetti Sauce

I've made this a couple of times. It's easy and delicious!!! I used home grown tomatoes from the garden. I reduced the chicken seasoning to just 2 boullions, no more or it's too salty. In addition to the 1 tsp of sugar, I added about 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and I used 4 garlic cloves. Also I did sautée it all and put it in the crockpot on low for a few hours. It's great but tastes even better the next day. I'll never used jar spaghetti sauce again.

Easy Chili I

This was DELICIOUS!!!! Perfect for kids too. I left the jalapeños out for the children. The only change I made was to add more beans and northern beans as well, but that's just because I like a lot of beans in my chili. I also threw it in the crockpot on high for 4 hours after browning the beef. If I were making this for adults, I'd make it spicier. Yum!!! I found a "keeper"!
