The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
WORKS GREAT WITH ENER-G EGG REPLACER!!! OK so my daughter and I are allergic to eggs. Well since it was Xmas time I was bound and determined to find a recipe that would work well with Ener-G egg replacer and this is it. I tried several recipes that called for less eggs because I was hoping that it wouldn't make as much of a difference using less eggs and be less noticeable (you know the eggs wouldn't be so important) Well all of the other cookies would come out either crumbly or too hard. Or flavorless. I was nervous about trying this recipe with the number of eggs to replace. But I followed the directions exactly from this recipe and the ener-g egg replacer box and mixed it in at the exact time noted in this recipe. They were delicious!!! Even my In laws liked them. Thank you soooo much for this wonderful recipe.

Steff's Shepherd Pie
OK I do not normally review any recipes except for my own personal references but I have to say this is Delicious. The only thing I did differently was mix about 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese into the potatoes as well otherwise I followed directions exactly!!! These were the bomb! They are now a weekly meal if not biweekly meal in my house. The only one who didn't like them was my One year old and it is the ground beef texture thing. He wont eat any ground beef in any form so not the recipes fault! I am positive one day he will grow to love them too. I actually have made this a few times already and have been planning to take the time to review it. It is just as good with steamed frozen green beans or canned. It doesn't matter!
