Easy Chicken Enchiladas

This recipe is great. My husband grew up on authentic mexican food and I hate the taste of enchilada sauce so this recipe is perfect. My husband loved them and I didnt have to deal with choking down enchilada sauce or making two different meals! Easy and tasty

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

I made this for my husbands birthday, he loves reeses peanut butter cups so I crushed some of those for garnish on top and little ones along the edge. It turned out to be amazing and didnt last long. The crust was to die for.
