Almond Crusted Chicken with Tomato Citrus Sauce

The coating for the chicken is WONDERFUL. However, I had some trouble with the sauce - cooking it for the recommended time on medium for so long made it quite blackened. But it was delicious without the sauce too.

Dill Wrapped Cream Cheese

This was wonderful. Even my refuses-to-eat-cream-cheese-husband loved it. I substituted fresh dill from my garden and it turned out wonderfully. Wonderful serving suggestion with the crackers and apples. The apples were an excellent complement in flavor.

Beef Pepper Steak

Delicious!! A HUGE hit for Father's Day this year. Took some additional surfing to figure out what "tamari" is though! I just used regular soy sauce and some t-bone steaks and grilled them - turne dout wonderfully - thanks!
