I made this for a church brunch and it came out fantastic. I did follow a lot of reviewer advice - I only used 8oz. of cream cheese, whipped with a little milk and powdered sugar - that was plenty of cream cheese. I used day old challah bread, doubled the blueberries in the dish and sauce, cut back a little on the cornstarch (many said sauce was too thick, used only 10 eggs, and sprinkled everything with cinnamon - yum!! I also took this out of the fridge an hour before baking to warm up a little. Will definitely make again! Hubby and 3 year old loved it and was asked for the recipe!
