Fresh Cucumber Salad

Used Chef4six's variation and substituted agave nectar for the sugar.

Strawberry and Feta Salad

I added some finely cubed apples, which added more texture to the salad. Also used dark cherry balsamic vinegar instead of raspberry vinegar, because that's what I had on hand.

This was my time making first cherry pie and it came out fantastic! I topped it with a proper lattice crust, and used fresh sour cherries. Next time, I might experiment with a little less sugar, so that the tartness comes through a bit more.

Favorite Chocolate Cookies

I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and no nuts. The cookies turned out great -- not too sweet, and a perfect medium between soft and crunchy -- crumbly? I will definitely be making these again!
