Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce
I found these falafels easy to make, and very yummy. I pretty much followed the recipe exactly , except I used dried parsley instead of fresh, and dried chickpeas instead of canned (which I prefer, flavor-wise). I doubled the recipe for my family of 9 and we had one falafel left over -- and everyone liked them. Will definitely make again!
