Normal Chicken

Very tasty. Not to overpowering. Will marinate it for a while next time and try adding brown sugar like others had said.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
Like most I gave it a four only because I had to tweak it to fit my kitchen. I used 2 cups of instant rice, cut up five chicken breast halves (not sure on the weight), and did not use foil. the only reason I left the foil off was because I simply forgot to put it on. Oh, and I sprinkled the top with a little shredded cheddar. I love it!My kids were excited that I actually used chicken, I generally stick to beef (harder to under cook). Thank you do much for giving out this simple bird recipe. New favorite!

Banana Pancakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
The taste of these were delicious. I even took the recommendation of one of the others and made peanut butter syrup. My husband was annoyed with me though, while making them I played Jack Johnson's Banana Pancakes on our surround sound over and over again. LOL:) I did have them turn out with soft middles. Maybe I didn't cook them long enough on a low enough heat. But I will definetly be making these again and soon! Maybe I will leave the music turned down this time:):)

Fast English Muffin Pizzas

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
My mother made these with us and now i make them with my kids. Any topping that the kid wants works on these delicious little treats. I even do cheeseburger. I make the sauce out of ketchup and mustard, brown some burger, and use shredded cheddar cheese. For us adults I put on chopped onions, green bell pepper, tomato, and when it comes out of the oven I sprinkle some shredded lettuce on top.

Dishpan Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2010
Just made these cookies. Beware they are very hard to mix. I eventually got frustrated and finished it with my hands. I left out the corn flakes because my daughter was watching and freaked out when I measured them out. I'll sneak them in next time. Luckily my son did not see me put the oats in. I also left the coconut out. I don't really like it. It still made a ton of cookies.

Pretty good. I tried to double it. I will have to drain just a touch of the bacon grease off.
