A+++++++mazing cookies!!! Made them to send to the troops in Iraq I think they will be well liked!!!!!!! Followed recipe to a t but put the raisins in boilig water for 20 min then tossed them in flour, I also chilled the dough. Perfect cookies!!!!

Egg-Free Dairy-Free Nut-Free Cake

As the resident baker in the family I was really nervous about finding an egg free dairy free soy free cupcake recipe for my cousins sons birthday. This was one of the first ones I found and I was at ease after reading the rave rhey did all the reviews! They did all the things a good cupcake should and taste great!!!!

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

One star for tasting good zero stars for being a soupy mess, I tried everything under the sun to get this stuff to get any kinda peak and nothing. I was very paitient, after 15 minutes in my stand mixer I went for the hand mixer, put the bowl of soup and the beaters in the fridge, there was hope for a second then soupy mess. Now out of heavy cream at 1:00am and no hope I made some awesome buttercream and used the soup as the "Heavy Cream" for that recipe. Very disapointed.
