Very tasty cornbread, the cooking takes a little finesse though. It can come out under done inside and over done outside if everything is not "just right"- meaning, don't add more of anything, keep the temp as stated and do not cook a minute longer than you need. I would recommend cutting some of the liquids down, depending on your preferences. Otherwise, everyone at our Fourth of July party loved em.
