Sweet and Sour Sauce I

This recipe is great. My friend and I decided to make it as topper on left over pork chops, and it was delicious. The only difference we made was by adding a little pineapple. It gave it a bit more zing and sweetness. This sauce also goes wonderful on rice, almost teriyaki reminiscent.

Pumpkin Fudge

This fudge is ssoo yummy! I'm a huge pumpkin fan and this is a very unique way to enjoy the flavor. The reason I gave it a four is because of the minor adjustments. I didn't add nearly as much sugar as called for and put in a bit more white chocolate. Besides those few things this is a keeper.

Pork Chops with Apple Curry Sauce

This recipe has a very different taste to it. At first I was a little nervous but the ending result was very tasty. My only complaint was that the curry was too thin. Easy and cheap to make.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Very good basic stew. It's tastey just as the recipe goes, and leaves a lot of room for not very experienced cooks to play around with. My suggestion would be to have fun and get a bit creative with it.

Egg Drop Soup (Better than Restaurant Quality!)

This is an okay recipe. It's easy and most of the ingredients I already have on hand.The reason I gave it a three stars, was because I believe the instructions should have told you how long to keep the eggs on the flame before taking it off heat. THe first time I made this the eggs seemed to curdle? and got a funny texture. I'll try again and hope to have it taste a bit more like the stuff in restaurants.

Chicken Noodle Soup

This is a great basic recipe. The reason I didn't give it five stars was because I still had to make minor changes. I added a bit more flavor by putting in Different and/or more spices that it called for.

Adobo Chicken with Ginger

Very easy and yummy recipe. The only thing I didn't care for was the lack of sauce afterward. All the chicken adobo I've had in the past has a thicker sauce. Maybe I'll had a bit of flower to the leftover sauce next time. Besides that one thing it was great. (Oh, and if you're not okay with vinegar tastes you won't care for chicken adobo, so just don't try it.)

Company Couscous

We cooked this for our "Food of the World Night", my daughter randomly picks a country, researches it and tells me and my husband the facts about it over a dinner made form that country and dessert prepared by my husband from the same place. We did "Algeria" and loved this recipe. The four stars is for the fact I will change it a bit next time, by adding garlic and replacing the cherry tomatoes for diced roma. The cherry tomatoes were a bit too much of a mouth full and you didn't receive a very consist taste because of it.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

I very rarely give five stars, usually due to changing the recipe a bit here and there. Well, my husband makes this every year for Thanksgiving and it is the best! Even the crust is flavorful.
