Ham Mushroom Fettuccine

This turned out very bland. My opinion is that is was just "okay". Nothing to rave about.

I got a "This is good" out of the mother-in-law with this one! I replaced the diced tomato and oregano with Italian stewed tomatoes that I crushed. I will use two cans of mushroom soup for the top next time. I covered it for half of the bake time too as well. Definately a keeper. Yummo!!

Smothered Meatballs

I say slap these puppies in a bucket of tangy spaghetti sauce and we are good to go!! The sauce just didn't do the meatballs justice. Yick!

Beef and Biscuit

This was a wonderful recipe! Sometimes my family isn't too excited about eating all of the things I get the gumption up to make. My son even liked it and he only likes very basic tastes and foods. It appealed to my hubby because it had the flavor of the pepper and chili powder. But the spice wasn't so overwhelming that the kids didn't like it also. It reminded me of chili with crackers. Will definately make again.
