Zucchini Alfredo
Added about 1/2 a finely diced onion as other posters suggested, doubled the garlic, added about 3/4 pkg sliced baby portobellos, and GASP, had to use whipping cream because I was out of milk :), and about 1 tsp or so salt. Didn't add the basil cause I didn't have any and IMO, this didn't need any other seasoning. Served it over fettuccine noodles. Delish! Thanks, Terry.

Banana Ice Cream
Thanks so much for the recipe! Bought a Cuisinart ice cream maker at a garage sale and had no idea how to use it! :) I used your recipe as a template but did not go the low-fat route. I used 1 c milk, 1 c choc milk, 12 oz heavy whipping cream, 1/2 c sugar and omitted the vanilla. Let it churn for 20 min then added the 2 mashed bananas and churned for 10 more minutes. Delicious!!! Thank you!

Corn Tortilla Quiche
Like another reviewer, I wanted to avoid a trip to the store so I used what I had on hand. Didn't have a can of green chilies so I subbed 1 T finely chopped canned jalapenos (threw that in with the sausage layer.) Also cut the amount of cheese to 1 cup "Fiesta Blend." Didn't have corn tortillas so I searched for a recipe for a tortilla chip crust. Wasn't great, but the filling more than made up for it! Delicious!! Can't wait to try this again with the corn tortilla crust. Thank you Corinne, I had to give my very first review because I thought this was so good.
