Caramelized Baked Chicken

delicious.i too added cornstarch to sauce and boiled on stovetop.its a good thing.i still had trouble getting it to crmelize.took way longer than it should have.sauce kept sliding off.maybe too much oil if you're using skn on chicken. when they finally got done,they not only tasted great,but looked great.my husband thought i ordered them with the pizza we were having. i will definmitely make again.cant wait to try on boneless chicken.thanks so much for recipe

Garlic Chicken

not enough flavor for me.tasted like a shake n bake,but am giving 5 stars for the reaction from my picky 8 yr old granddaughter.she must have told me 12 times during dinner how good it was and thats the only chicken she wants from now on.she even ate the breading which never happens. so simple.will def. make again

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

a very good sauce as is. i think a person could also alter it many ways adding garlic,ginger,pineapple juice,red pepper flakes etc.a good starting point.i will defnitely experiment

Chocolate Syrup

i have made this twice now.don't waste too much time trying to get it to thicken.mine never did until it was refrigerated overnight.i keep it in a hersheys squeeze bottle and noone ever knows the difference. a big money saver when you can buy cocoa powder in bulk.thank you so much for the recipe.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

not major changes so i think original would be just as good.i only had vanilla yogurt so used that and i used 1/2 c. brown sugar and1/4 c. white sugar.so simple and quick to make.no need for an electric mixer.just used spoon.these were the moistest,most flavorful muffins i have made yet.i made 12 large and were done in 30 mins.10 stars!!!!!!!!!

Ranch Dressing II

too thick in my opinion for a salad dressing.perfect for a dip.i used buttermilk in place of sour cream for a salad dressing.needs more garlic powder,but that just may be my taste.very good.thank you for the recipe

Chicken Pot Pie IX

very good,but not a pot pie to me without potatoes,so i diced a can of new potatoes and it was perfect.will definitely use way less peas next time,though.the flavor of them was overpowering,but that may just be me.i didn't measure but am sure i also used way more liquid and way less flour UPDATE:have made this a few more times and found that for that unique chicken pot pie flavor all you have to do is season the gravy with montreal chicken seasoning.mmm good.i even made this veg.with veg chick. and veg broth and flavor was just as good as the one with meat

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

these are to die for and i am not a big cookie fan.didn't have butter so used margarine.and only used half the amount of choc.chips(used mini chips,which i think makes a big difference.you can actually taste the cookie,not just the choc. chips) as i do in any choc chip recipe.just our families preference. this will be my only recipe used from now on.thank you so much.btw,mine were not fat,nor were they flat.they were just perfect

Banana Sour Cream Bread

have made this twice now.both times turned out awesome. i prefer to use part brown n part white sugar.the first time i didn't have sour cream so used vanilla yogurt,and i think that was my favorite.this is definitely my go to recipe now

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

these were absolutely devoured by everyone.didn't have enough margarine so added some butter flavored shortening to make up for it.did some with choc.chips and some with raisins.this is now my go to recipe
