Fluffy Pancakes
I went to use this recipe this morning, only to find that my milk had actually gone sour....but realized I had almond milk in the fridge and decided to give it a shot and hoped for the best. Still used the vinegar even though I wasn't sure if the almond milk would "sour" like real milk does, only used 1 tablespoon of butter and added a little vanilla and some apple pie spice... and they still came out absolutely DELICIOUS as ever!! So for anyone wondering if this can still be made without traditional milk, it definitely can be! Thanks so much for this recipe...it's definitely one of my go-to's!

Sweet Restaurant Slaw
My absolute favorite coleslaw recipe! I always get a ton of complements every time I make it. My boyfriends mother requests it for every family BBQ and keeps whatever's leftover for herself! Some suggestions I have after playing around with the recipe a bit: Only use 1/4 a cup of sugar, use real mayo instead of Miracle Whip (not a mayo vs Miracle Whip preference thing, I actually HATE mayo on my sandwiches, etc. but it just works better with coleslaw IMO!) add a little red wine vinegar (or just some red wine if you don't have red wine vinegar on hand) in addition to the white vinegar (no specific measurement, I usually just wing it. ) and chop up some green onion for extra flavor. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour and wella! Best recipe ever!
