Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

Great recipe! I made them with Bittersweet chocolate instead of semisweet chocolate. I put the batter into 6 ramekins. I did make them in advance and they sat in the fridge all day. When I cooked them I set the timer for 8 minutes and kept checking every 2 minutes. Mine were perfect at 14 minutes. It might have taken longer because they had been in the fridge instead of room temperature. I put vanilla ice cream on top! Delicious and gooey in the middle!

Homesteader Cornbread

Cornbread came out very dense. Flavor was good, but cornbread was not light and fluffy as I am used to eating. I will try some other recipes.

Triple Berry Crisp

This crisp was delicious! I used blueberries and peaches instead of all different berries. I used at least 5 cups of fruit, instead of 4.5. I cut down on some of the ingredients because it does make too much as other reviewers have suggested. I used: 1.5 cups flour, 2 cups oats, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup butter. I would recommend eating it warm with some vanilla ice cream!

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

This came out great! I used 1.5 cups of sugar and 3/4 cup of oil and it came out perfect. I used 1 cup of mini chocolate morsels. I baked it in a 9x13 inch pan for 35 minutes instead of two loaf pans.

Carrot Pineapple Cake I

This cake is amazing!! Any time I have made this for a function I have always got many compliments; people love it! I like to add ground clove to the cake mixture to increase the flavor and for the frosting, I use two-8 ounce packages of cream cheese instead of one and add some vanilla and a little milk to the frosting mixture. I usually make this cake in two round pans and make it into a layer cake as picture shows but recipe says use a 9x13 pan which is fine too.

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

These are wonderful! Every time I make these they get rave reviews! The only adjustment I've made it to add more cream cheese to the frosting recipe. You can't go wrong with making these pumpkin bars!

Lemon Pudding Cake I

This recipe came out perfect, as described, with a soft light layer on top and the bottom was a nice pudding. My complaint is that it is WAY too sweet! I love lemon desserts, but like them to have a tartness and this didn't. I would go along with another reviewer and cut down the sugar to either 3/4 or 1/2 cup and also maybe increase the lemon juice. Hopefully, next time I make it, it will deserve a 5 star rating!
