Amazing recipe. They didnt rise much under a towel so i put then in the oven and they puffed up perfectly. I had to add more water to the recipe than was suggested.

Whoopie Pies

I agree with "Alafoe" that this is a cheater recipe, but it is the best whoopie pie recipe i have found thus far. Having grown up in Maine, whoopie pies are naturally one of my favorite desserts. I have been searching for the perfect recipe for quite some time. If anyone has a recipe this good made from scratch I would love to know it!

Eggplant and Zucchini Casserole

Wonderful flavor. I was a little concerned when my husband said he wanted to become a vegetarian, but with recipes like this it's easy! Next time I will omit the eggplant and add some other types of summer squash.
