Peanut Butter Pie I

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Delish...I have only licked the batter off the spoon and can't wait to take it out of the fridge. I too > used a store bought crust, and cool whip instead of whip cream...my husband loves chocolate pudding cake with peanut butter frosting, I'm hoping this will get to be a MEGA quick substitute! The white sugar made it a little grainy on the spoon, waiting to see the consistency after it sits a bit! THANKS!!

Buffalo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
This is a great recipe as it is! The Italian dressing brings in the Vinegar, Garlic and Pepper Seasonings...I only had Blasamic Italian and I used that and it was awesome. I wanted a little more "spice" so I spooned in some cocktail sauce, and some jalepeno sauce. That did the trick for me!! We used it on popcorn chix...it was yummy! Thanks!

Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
We made it a five star for our family who is not big on sweet and sour but loves bbq! I used one bottle of jerk sauce instead of 2 bottles of bbq. More minced garlic from a jar, and frozen chicken breasts because they dont seem to dry out in the cooker. Also added 2 cups of chicken broth and no pineapple....Delicious jump off recipe to use and alter in many directions!!
