Veronica's Hot Spinach, Artichoke and Chile Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
Good, used 16 oz fresh spinach, cooke-drained-chopped. Used only chilis. Would make again. Made homemade chips to go along with using whole wheat tortillas, spray with olive oil pam, use lawrys seasonings, chili powder, and cajun pepper from watkins. Bake at 400,flip, and cut with pizza cutter. Will try with peppers next time also I think. Maybe even, crumbled bacon in there also.

My kids liked it. I thought was dry. Have seen recipes with a little butter added to mixture. I think I will try that next time. To make things coat better. They still ate it and enjoyed it though.

Cranberry Salad IV

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
I doubled recipe. Used my food processer for grinding the cranberries. Really easy and yummy. My kids call this sparkle salad. I will make again. Might be good with either chopped pecans or walnuts also. I bet would be really pretty, if you put in mold and froze & slice & serve. I'm gonna try that sometime.
