I'm a housewife living in Ventura County, California. My husband is in charge of BBQ. My favorite stuff to cook is Italian. You can cook/bake a little or a lot of Italian, and everybody likes it. HAH....frozen fish sticks and Kraft macaroni and cheese. I've urged my kids (a lot older now) to go beyond that...LOL. I wish I were, but I'm not Ina Garten. I cook every day, and my husband likes the simple meals (especially casseroles) that I prepare. As long as he's satisfied, then I am triumphant. not many, thank goodness.
