for those of you who said this cake was great for me the exact opposite I have never had so many problems with a cake as with this one ohhh and super bland also no where near enough for 2 8" pans only enough for one I make alot of cakes and this was for my 3 yr olds b-day I was so glad I tried it today instead of on sunday the day of the party...

Twice-Cooked Coconut Shrimp

these are awsome and I love coconut shrimp though if you make the batter thinker and dip shrimp in coconut after they are battered the coconut sticks much easier then to the shrimp alone. also another good dip is a creamy pineapple garlic dip (which is a recipe on this site aswell)it says to chill dip , but it is also awsome heated and served warm.

World's Best Cream Cheese and Pineapple Dip

I loved this I added a little shredded coconut and served this warm with battered coconut shrimp absolutely amazing! My parents friends and husband all love when I make this one. Thanks for the recipe

Lemon Muffins

this recipe is tasty and easy a few suggestions though I grated all of the zest off of a whole lemon and added the juice from the lemon aswell I also added more milk I found the batter to thick, once I had the batter in the muffin trays sprinkled zest on the tops this made these muffins sweet and wonderfully lemony. My husband says they are to die for lol I have to say I agree.
