Curry Stand Chicken Tikka Masala Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2012
I used to use a different Tikka Masala recipe that was on this site. I have deleted that one from my recipe box!!! This has a great flavour and I make it with out too much spice as my stomach doesn't like too much cayenne but my hubby can add more when I serve. I like to marinate my chicken in plain yogurt with some curry, tiny bit of cayenne, cinnamon and bit of turmeric for a couple hours and then skewer and bbq, then I pull it off the skewer and add to the sauce, also add some peas or green beans for a little veggie! Thank you thank you thank you for submitting this recipe!!!!

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
This is my go to when I am asked to bring something to an event. There is never any leftover (much to my dismay) and everyone always loves it!

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
This recipe is AMAZING and it never fails to impress guests. I have even had friends request it at a dinner party I was throwing. I have also used this recipe on pork chops so I can make it for just me and my hunny and not have to buy as much meat, I just cut back on the amount of sauce. thank you for sharing your amazing recipe!!

Simple Garlic Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
This recipe was a little too garlicy for me and my family (and we cook with garlic all the time and LOVE it). I would say cut back on the garlic the first time around and see how it tastes and if you need more garlic you can add extra the next time.

Chef John's Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2012
I have been looking for a mac and cheese recipe for SO long and this one is exactly what I was looking for!! I make it with less macaroni noodles because I love it to be really creamy and saucy. I like to put it on a long flat dish with extra toppings as that always seems to be everyone's favorite part. The recipe is also good without the crispy topping with some extra cheese on top if you are a cheeseaholic like myself! Thank you for your great recipe's Chef John!!!

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
This is one great recipe. I use it as a layered enchilada and my family goes crazy for it!!! I often don't use as much water and tomato sauce so I don't have as much left over. Thanks Debbie, your a star!

Butternut Squash Bisque

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
I like others microwave my squash so things go a little faster. I also add a pealed and cored apple. Usually a granny smith apple. I add a tiny bit of cayenne or sometimes a little thyme depending on the mood. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

This is the best enchilada recipe I have ever used. It was so yummy and pretty easy too. My family always goes crazy for it. I don't think I will ever go back to rolled enchiladas again!!!

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
I am not a hamburger fan, and I can never finish my burger. These were GREAT. They weren't too heavy and I finished one and a half. I made these on the BBQ for a grilled flavor and am now hooked on Turkey burgers. Thanks for the recipe!
