Butter Cream Frosting I

This buttercream icing tasted great! It was very easy to make and it was delicious. I had no problem with it being runny. Maybe it's runny if you melt the butter instead of making it creamy.

Carrot Cake III

This recipe is DELICIOUS!! The first time i made it the center of the cake sunk. The second time i made it i replaced the vegetable oil with 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup olive oil, and the center did not sink. I also halved the recipe for the icing because i only like 1 layer of icing on my cake which was in a 9x13 pan. The icing was also great.

Best Buttercream Frosting

I used this frosting to put on top of cupcakes. I am a beginner at cooking..the only things that i made out of scratch so far is a carrot cake from this website (so good) cupcakes and this frosting. IT tasted great but it was grainy..so i could taste the sugar. Im guessing i did something wrong cause this is the first frosting i ever made
