Coconut Oatmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2014
These cookies are delicious! I balled the cookies before I made them to ensure perfectly round circles, and since I made small cookies they flattened just a bit to a perfect looking morsel! I also experimented by adding raisins and chocolate chips to some of the cookies. These cookies have a dough that is very well balanced and you can add little things and it won't change the consistency much! I would consider adding some cocoa powder next time or maybe cinnamon chips!

Apple Strudel Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2013
Followed reviews and did half white sugar, half brown sugar. Added an entire tablespoon of cinnamon because I'm a huge cinnamon fan. Also doubled the apple: half shredded, half chopped. Consistency is great! Used apples from the tree at my house!

Cake Balls

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2011
Made it with home made chocolate cake and frosting, then covered in semisweet chocolate chips. I thought the chocolate coating was too thick, but it was difficult for the coating to be thinner.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
Loved it! Made a double recipe with a simple crust. I have shallow pans so I just split up the filling into 2. I wish I added another cup of blueberries and I followed reviews to add 5 T cornstarch instead of 3T and also added a splash of lemon juice in each pie. I omitted the salt because it's bad for you and forgot the butter, but it was still great! The lattice doesn't need to be entirely covering the top of the pie, the inside is great!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
I drizzled the top with a melted almond bark recipe. The almond bark recipe is where I melted the almond bark in a double boiler, then I turned it on simmer and added mind extract. I then drizzled this concoction over the cookies. Minty, chocolatey, and delicious!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

I tried to make them as smaller cookies, and they were a little dry tasting, lacking flavor, and surprisingly salty.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I added extra black pepper, which made it more flavorful. I also substituted 2 oz of the water for olive oil, and one oz of the water for Vermouth cooking wine. Made it taste sweet and delicious. Definitely a keeper, even for those who don't usually enjoy pizza sauce!

Light Wheat Pizza Dough

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I made this for a large group of people. The honey was the right amount, but some people complained that the finished product was doughy. I topped with "Exquisite Pizza Sauce" from this sight. You can also substitute all purpose flour for the wheat flour for the little ones who aren't fans of wheat. Overall, held up toppings very well, and I will definitely make this one again!

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

Delicious! Moist and tasty. Very flavorful. I baked them in the oven for 9 minutes, and used a melon baller to make the cookie original shape.
