Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

I make this recipe often. My kids can't believe they're eating zucchini. The only change I make is drizzling a little chocolate ganache on top after it cools. Great recipe!

Grandma's Focaccia: Baraise Style

Great recipe DJK1125. The only thing I did was made a starter or "bambino" set that aside, made the dough, let it develop a bit then added the starter. I also placed it in a retarder overnight and baked it the next day with amazing results. Great crumb, perfect crust. Your Grandma knew what she was doing.

I am a professional chef and regularly use this site for ideas, recipes and feedback. I will never rate a recipe unless it is excellent because I feel personal tastes don't ensure proper criticism. But in the case where a recipe is absolutely superb, I will give my feedback and this cookie recipe is one of the best I have tried here. I added 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp of salt and 1 oz of Canadian Club Whiskey only because I wanted to enhance the creaminess of the cream cheese, and blend the flavors with the alcohol. I also remember my slovak grandmother using whiskey when she made these cookies. Your recipe brought back many happy memories. Great recipe! Thanks*****!

I added 1/2 tsp of kosher salt only because I like a sweet/salt/nut profile but other than that this one gets 5 stars. Great recipe! Thanks*****!
