i make my veggie ruebans with sliced tofu (pressed/drained) browned in soy butter & a few tbs of garlic powder. I layer the tofu over rye bread, 1000 island dressing, warmed sauerkraut & swiss cheese... it tastes awesome and satisfies my meat eating bf :)

Mushroom and Artichoke Soup

this soup was amazing, i altered the quantities drastically to reduce the servings, used fresh portobellos and added more fresh garlic of course and it was perfect :) i'm not sure if it was the vinegar or the portobellos... but had the hint of an asian taste or zing to it and we loved it. definitely worth the effort!

Italian Vegetable Soup

this was AWESOME. i used only fresh veggies and used Unico Herbs & Spices Diced tomatoes, otherwise followed the recipe to a T. it was so good i'm making it again tonight since we didn't even end up with leftovers from yesterday! thanks for a great soup recipe :)

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

i just made this... the entire family loved it. delicious!!!! made as per recipe except for using skim milk, real garlic and a dash of dill :) thanks for an awesome alfredo sauce recipe!

Oaty Cereal Bars

doubled the recipe, still didn't fill a 9x13 pan, will triple next time. these were awesome tasting. used all natural ingredients including sucanate instead of sugar and added crushed natural unsalted almonds. will definitely be making them again. settled into perfect portable squares :)

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

Pretty good for the amount of effort needed in this recipe :) I made no changes except cooking it on low for 8 hours and the sauce was perfect with just enough flavour. A nice easy recipe I will make again.

Chicken in a Pot

I enjoyed this recipe very much. i added a 1/4 cup of red wine and used cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce. served with rice... a keeper!

excellent! i added 1/2 cup more crispie rice as suggested and they weren't soggy at all. i didn't have wax paper but a wet spoon worked perfect to press it down. thx for the recipe (i couldn't find it on the box either!)
