Roasted Brussels Sprouts
We had these for the first time tonight as a side with the marinated pork chops recipe and they were amazing! I must say I liked them before boiled but I love them roasted. Don't think I will go back after these. I used frozen brussels sprouts and and as suggested by other reviewers I boiled them for 5 minutes before following through with the recipe. Next time I will try fresh brussels sprouts just to taste the difference. Thanks for a great recipe!

White Bean Chicken Chili
Made this last night in the skillet. I was a little disappointed last night and had wished it would've sat in the crock pot all day to mend all the flavors together. But then had leftovers today and it was delicious. When made in skillet it's definitely better after sitting over night! YUmmm!

Grilled Pizza Wraps
My boyfriend and I absolutely love these, we have them occasionally for lunch or a little snack throughout the day. I also saute onions in butter and put them in w/ the cheese, pepperonis and pizza sauce, turns out great every time and they're very quick and easy to make! We always have left over tortillas from tacos and such so it works out great. I definitely recommend these for others, they're very kid friendly as well and I'd imagine you could try w/ other ingredients too. Thanks so much for the wonderful recipe!
