Easiest, softest, yummiest cookies I could possibly make and I am a die-hard chocolate chip cookie fan! I made these yesterday as a last minute (literally!) treat for my daughter's class. I used the recommendations of dividing the white sugar by thirds, using 1/3 brown sugar, 1/3 white sugar and 1/3 confectioner's sugar. So, when I made it using the recipe as written, it became 1/3 cup of each. That was yesterday. My husband loved these so much he volunteered me to make these for a work function of his, tomorrow. (If these weren't so easy, I would have been mad! LOL) Today I'm tripling the recipe, thus 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup confectioner's sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, etc. These are awesome cookies and will be a regular in our home.
