No Bake Cookies I
I've always had a difficult time getting this type of cookie to set up properly. It was always too soft or too dry and crumbly. I increased the sugar to two cups - primarily because most recipes call for the full two cups- and used dark chocolate coco powder. Then, I took another review's advice, stuck my candy thermometer into the pan as it boiled and waited until it hit the "soft ball stage". The cookies have set up nicely and are quickly disappearing.

Zucchini and Eggs
This recipe is very similar to one that my mom always made for us in the summer time when zucchini was abundant. Her version doubles all of the amounts, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, line a pie pan with cresent rolls and brush with one tablespoon of mustard. Then add the zucchini mixture. Bake at 350 for 40mins OR until center is almost set. Allow it to rest for 10-15 mins then slice and serve.

Boston Baked Beans
I was really excited to try this recipe. I've never attempted baked beans before and love to try new things. However, I must have done something wrong. The beans looked amazing [much like the profile photo], they smelled amazing, yet they had an odd, almost burnt flavor. They didn't look burnt and the texture was perfect. Thus, I will give it another go and see where I goofed.
