Pretzel Salad II
I made this for a pool party and was afraid that the jello part would spoil from the heat, but we kept it in the cooler until ready for desserts... Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I would in the future, use more butter in the pretzel mixture as mine did not stick that well.But it's delicious!

Broccoli Chicken Divan
I used to make this years ago and lost my recipe; but his one is a bit easier and very good! I doubled it and took it to a football/playoff party - it was a hit! I added some mustartd to the soup mixture (used cream of mushroom and cream of chicken) as well as some garam marsala spice - to taste. And I used mayonaise instead of milk for a thicker sauce. For the topping I crushed a mxture of Ritz crackers and French's Onions with the melted butter. Also added a lot more shreddded cheese. Very good!

Pumpkin Butter I
I will make this again, only next time I will have more of the appropriate jars on hand to store it in... Excellent taste and consistency. I didn't have all the spices, so I used Pumpkin Pie Spice - I think all of them were in it anyway. They will make nice holiday gifts for little cost.
