Jalapeno Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
If you love jalapeno's, this is for you! I add 2 more cloves of garlic to my mixture since garlic is a hit in our family. We noticed that the home grown jalapeno's are hotter than store bought. So you might want to keep that in mind. To me a marinade is runny and this is more of a paste. Next time I might add some vegetable oil as some of the other reviewers have mentioned. My husband just asked if we could make it again...I noticed that he has set steaks out!!! A real keeper for this family!

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Wow! Love, love, love this recipe! I'm not a huge onion fan..so I just put some minced onion in with my hamburger and leave out the chopped onion. I also leave out the green pepper...again, not a fan. However, I add mushrooms and olives to my casserole. We love pepperoni's, olives and mushrooms on our pizza and this tastes just like it! Highly recommend making this if you are a pizza fan. Thanks for sharing the great recipe!

Manicotti Italian Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Holy cow! This is a great recipe. So easy to make and makes enough to freeze some for a later date. We make this once or twice a month at our house. Our 2.5 year old loves it as well. We take the pepperoni's and cover the top completely when we bake it. We love pepperoni in our house so we make sure that it is covered on top! Made this at a friends house (minus the mushrooms...they don't like them) and it was still pretty good. Thanks for the easy and great recipe. I'm not a very good/experienced cook so if I can make it...you can to!

Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Wow! This is a real keeper! Anytime we have mashed potatoes...this is how we make them. In fact, we have now started to make these for the holiday get togethers rather than plain mashed potatoes. This tastes great right out of the oven and is still good warmed up the next day. Thank you for the great recipe!

Best Grilled Margarita Chicken... Ever!

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
This is one of the best marinades that I have had in a long time. My 2.5 year old daughter loves it as well. Fixed it for a family gathering and it was a hit. They asked for the recipe! Definitely a keeper for grilling during the summer!

Love, love, love this recipe. It is easy to make and tastes great. My family loves olives so this is a huge hit...I add extra olives! I always cook the chicken a little longer.

Basic Mashed Potatoes

So easy to make. Followed the directions exactly. Love a mashed potatoes meal that doesn't have a page full of ingreadients. Might try adding some garlic...but either way it is a fantastice recipie!

Marinade for Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I find this recipe a little salty...but hey...I like salt! The marinade is easy to make and does go a long way. I usually make 3 breasts or chicken strips and need to cut the marinade recipe in half. Good taste and would recommend letting it marinade overnight. We have used the grill to cook the chicken and I have cooked it in the oven. Both ways taste great!

Hawaiian Dessert

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
If you love pineapple and coconut this is a recipe for you. I had a dinner club that I attend and our theme was Hawaiian and I was to bring a dessert. I brought this and the gals went back for seconds! It does make a lot though! I usually freeze one cake pan to eat at a later date and it tasted just as good as if I had just made it the day before!

French's® Crunchy Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I love French-Fried Onions so when I found this recipe I had to make it. I had seen these recipe a time or two and noticed that some recipies do not call for flour. I made it once without the flour and it was very soggy. I added garlic powder as well and it was great! Would recommend this to anyone!!
