Bacon and Date Appetizer

This is always a hit, very easy to make and just delicious! The only thing I do different is that I use a couple of sliced almonds instead of whole almonds. It gives a little more crunch and it's easier to get the tooth pick through.

Algerian Kefta (Meatballs)

The recipe is perfect and even better with ground goat or lamb! I happened to have all the ingredients for the ras el hanout spice/herb mixture- I think you really do need at least some of these spices. We'll be making this again lots of times.

Baklava

I LOVE baklavas and never thought of making them until I found this recipe. I always assumed that it was difficult to make but it's so easy. I didn't change the recipe at all and it's great just the way it is, but I will make it again using the suggestions of other reviewers as well.

We love Mexican food and this is a fabulous recipe. Very easy to make. I didn't have fresh tomatoes but used canned diced tomatoes which worked just fine. Thanks!

I'm not the biggest chicken breast fan but when I make this for family and friends, everybody LOVES this, and say it's even better than what they'd get in restaurants, so thumbs up!

Stuffed Bell Peppers, Greek Style

Very very nice! I did use ground chuck because it's hard to get lamb around here. I used both green and red bell peppers to try because usually I only like red bell peppers but this recipe really works best with green bell peppers. But other than that, I didn't change a thing. I served it with a greek cucumber/parsley yogurt sauce which I happened to have in the fridge and it went very well with this dish. Lovely!

Key Lime Pie VII

This is the perfect key lime pie! No need to change anything about the recipe, it's easy and compliments guaranteed. I brought it to a family picnic and now, they want me to make this pie every time.
