Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
Loved this! I have never done ribs before, but they turned out perfectly. Fell off the bone. I followed another reviewers advice and used the spice rub from Prize Winning Baby Back Ribs, which is pretty much the same rub as Scott used, but had a few more spices. The bbq sauce was fantastic. The only thing I changed was to use onion powder only, not onions and onion powder. I can't stand onions and didn't want to take the extra step to blend the chunks out.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
This was phenomenal~ The only thing that differed was I used all butter. Everything else was exact. I used electric beaters to cream the butter & sugar then hand whisked everything else and only mixed until just mixed as to not over-mix. I have a wonky oven and only a dark jelly roll pan so I lowered the temp and baked them for 6 minutes or so till golden on the bottoms on parchment. PERFECTION! Turned out light, fluffy, a slight crispness on the outside and moist on the inside.

Zuppa Toscana
This was awesome. I used hot & mild italian sausage & added potatoes, but it is so so so good!
