Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2011
I too made this with angel hair pasta. I also had some leftover baked chicken that I cut up and added (2 breasts). My family really enjoyed this meal. It was extremely light yet flavorful too. My husband and I ate the rest for lunch the next day and didn't even heat it up. It was even better cold, in my opinion.

Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2011
I liked it. My 3 kids (7, 3, 1) liked it okay. My husband hated it, but he hates squash. I had never cooked spaghetti squash before and the 30 minutes wasn't enough (the "noodles" were crunchy) but then I think I over cooked it because they weren't "defined" when I finished.

Taco Salad III

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2012
left out the red onion because I'm the only one that likes it and omitted the kidney beans because I don't like those. :) But my husband loved the salad and we all had seconds!

Breakfast Pies

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2011
My husband liked these a lot. I thought they were okay (but I didn't expect to LOVE them so I'm happy) and my kids (picky eaters) didn't like them at all. A friend's kids were over for a playdate. The younger child LOVED them and the older wouldn't eat more than one bite. My only constructive feedback is that I had SO much sausage that I couldn't possibly stuff any more in the cups. Also, I think even though I used large muffin tins, it would be better if I used a Texas size or jumbo size next time.
