Mother-In-Law Eggs

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2012
Delish! I made these for our 4th of July gathering. I doubled the recipe because of the large crowd we had. I used Sweet and Tart Cranberry Mustard and didn't add the olives. They were gone in no time! Next time I will make 4X's as many! Thanks SHORECOOK!

Fabulous! This is the best coconut cake I've ever had. As another reviewer suggested, I added a tsp. of coconut extract to the batter. I will be making this cake again and again! Thanks Corinne for a great recipe!

Amena's Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
I was looking for a cookie recipe that I could use up my chocolate chips with. This one was perfect! I used dark chocolate chips instead of the milk chocolate chips because that's what I had. I got 24 good sized cookies. They came out great! Thanks for sharing!

Golden Rum Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2012
I've been using this recipe for years and will continue to for many more. This cake always comes out perfect and is my most requested dessert to bring anywhere. I never use the glaze, too me it is too sweet and takes away the great flavor of the cake, but that's me. Today I decided to make it with pumpkin instant pudding and coconut rum. Fabulous! I'm glad I bought a couple of boxes of the pumpkin instant pudding mix when it was available which is only in Oct. and Nov. Can't wait to try other flavors! :)

Peanut Butter Cookies IX

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
These are super! I used dark chocolate chips and all-natural peanut butter with honey. I also made 30 cookies because I made mine a little bit larger and baked them for 10 min. Perfect! I will be making these again.

Baileys Creamers® | Pumpkin Bread with Creamy Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
This pumpkin bread came out great. Nice and moist. It has a nice mild pumpkin flavor. The changes I did make were I used half AP flour and half WW flour, added 2 Tbsp. of ground flaxseed, which I do in all my breads, and used fresh pumpkin that I had in my freezer. I made 12 mini bundt breads, 1 mini loaf, and 2 large muffins. I used a 350* oven and baked the mini bundts and mini loaf for 30 min. and the 2 muffins for 22 min. I will be making these again!

Empire State Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
These muffins are great! I had cranberries to use up so this recipe was perfect. These are moist and full of flavor. I added 2 Tbsp. of ground flaxseed, a 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg, and a tsp. of vanilla just because I love these flavors. I also used 1 cup of white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar and omitted the nuts due to allergies. I got 22 muffins. The baking time was perfect at 20 min. for my oven. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe!

Caramel Macchiato Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
Loved this banana bread. It came out super moist. The only changes I made was that I used Baileys Toffee Almond Creamer instead of the Caramel Macchiato and did not make the glaze. It was perfect. Thanks for the great recipe!

Baileys Creamers® | Chocolate Cupcakes with Creamy Filling

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2011
This recipe was a huge disappointment. The only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because they smelled so good while baking. First, it made so much filling I had to throw away 3/4's of it, and second, when they were done baking they sunk and were as hard as rocks. You couldn't get the paper liners off of them. I do a tremendous amount of baking and never have I had such a disaster. This recipe made 20 cupcakes and they are all headed for the trash. This was a big waste of my time and money. Sorry Baileys but I wouldn't recomend this recipe to anyone.

Baileys Creamers® | Coffee Pistachio Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2011
So easy to make! I made this for my co workers and they loved it! It came out very moist. The flavor of the Baileys coffee creamer and the pistachio pudding is perfect. The only change was that I had to bake for an extra 15 min. I will definately be making this again.
