These are great! I stopped eating store bought veggie burgers since they all seem to have soy, corn or wheat in them--and I'm allergic to all 3. I've made these at least half a dozen times now. The first time I made these I followed the recipe exactly and the taste of the cumin was a little too strong for me and they were a little wet and messy. I've adjusted each time I make them and don't really measure the ingredients anymore. I add enough bread crumbs (gluten free) to get the texture I want and usually end up using more bell pepper and onion than the amount listed. I adjust the seasoning to my taste and add salt and pepper. Sometimes I also add some shredded cheese. I always bake them using a parchment lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Fantastic!
