Crepes with Spinach, Bacon and Mushroom Filling
Very good, I could have done with out the lemon egg sauce, but other than that this was definitely a keeper.

Harvest Rice Dish
Great recipe. Not something you can make quickly, though anything with wild rice is going to be like that. I used leeks instead of onions, and left out the mushrooms.
