Butterbeer IV
I have never had butter beer. In fact, I have never read the books that inspired it. However, I can say with assurance, that this drink is worth making. I am giving it 5 stars, but that is based o me using this recipe as a base. I added cinnamon and baking spices. Next time I make it I will cut the sugar (may leave it out) and use vanilla beans in place of the extract. This drink is incredibly warming and would be perfect for a snowy day.

Best Brownies
This brownie recipe adapted to being Gluten free better than any other. Since it only calls for 1/2 cup of flour, I just substituted 1/2 of gluten free flour (which for me was 1/4 cup of banana flour and 1/4 quinoa flour) The recipe adapted perfectly. After several experiments I decided that the frosting is best left off and I used melted chocolate only on top. I also found that the brownies are more dense and more brownie like without adding Xanthm gum.

Peanut Butter Easter Eggs
I really hate to give this three stars since I altered the recipe. Please take that into consideration. I just wanted to put a waning out there for anyone who wanted to use my alteration. I used natural peanut butter (found in a market in Ecuador- it's just ground peanuts). My peanut butter eggs were gorgeous and my kids loved them. I however thought they were not to my liking. So, next time I have available some nice creamy peanut butter that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg, I will try this again. And again, I am sorry for the rating. It wouldn't let me leave a review without one.
