Cheesiest Potato Soup

The flavor was great, but be sure not to add too much potato. Because if you add too much potato compared to the amount of broth, it could turn into a mashed potato texture.

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

So delicious! I used penne, ground pork sausage, 14.5 ounce petite diced tomatoes with onion and garlic, 8 oz tomato sauce, 1 cup half and half.

Amazing! I put salsa on the bottom, my own chicken mixture, jalepenos, and cheese and topped with sour cream! I couldn't believe how good this was on french bread!

Tiramisu Toffee Dessert

Awesome dessert! I added Kahlua into the coffee mixture, used only 1 cup whipping cream, and folded into cream cheese mixture. Make sure you mix your cream cheese mixture until all the sugar is incorporated, otherwise, you will feel the grains of sugar.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

The flavor was great, but I accidentally over cooked mine. It got kind of burnt edges and just kind of mushy. I will make again. Used stir fry steak to save time. Needs more liquid mixture. Maybe doubling the liquid would be a good idea.

Yum! So good. Used cream of chicken instead, half of the italian season packet, and regular cream cheese. it was great over egg noodles with stove top stuffing on the side!

These are good! followed exactly. except that the cream cheese filling just covered the top of the muffin and didn't stay in the middle. next time i will try to pipe the cream cheese mixture directly into the middle, or layer the batter, cream cheese, and more batter

Phenomenal Chicken and Pasta in Creamy Pesto Sauce

I used jarred pesto, pinto grigio for white wine. I used the sugar with the onions the first time, but ended up burning! So I scrapped that and didn't use sugar and it turned out fine. I used half and half instead of heavy cream. No pine nuts also. This was a great dish!

Andy's Spicy Green Chile Pork

This was delicious! I didn't have cilantro so I didn't use it, but it was still great! I used pickled jalepenos instead of serano, and I just shredded the pork in the liquid mixture in the crockpot and just used a slotted spoon when serving. It was really moist and flavorful!
