Magic Peanut Butter Middles

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I was crunched for time so I used chocolate cake mix for the cookie (look up cake mix cookies). They were very good!

Creamy Lemon Pie I

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2010
Quick and easy recipe. Lemon juice does not work for me in this recipe. I used the lemonade concentrate. I think I used a cup of concentrate but I added it to taste. Then I froze it. I am only giving it 4 stars because lemon juice did not give it the zing and tartness that I wanted.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
Very good recipe. I doubled the baking soda and put the cookie dough in the freezer for 15 minutes and baked at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. I used chocolate pudding instead of vanilla pudding. I used sucanat and brown sugar. I only made the recipe fo 18 cookies because I only had one egg. I also used unbleached flour. These were great! My husband is still licking his fingers!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
I forgot to add in my post that when the sause was done, I added the pepper and onion and put it on low while I made the chicken. I did not have orange food coloring so the orange marmalade gave it a better orange-y tint and not the weird grayish clear tint.

Chicken Pot Pie II

Dont bother with the can of broth. Use the water that you boiled your chicken in. Just add a bay leaf, pepper, oinion powder and whatever other spices you like in the water and boil it with the chicken. A 14.5 ounce can yeilds 1 cup of broth. So just use 1 cup of your homemade broth!

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2009
I only used 1/4 of the packet of noodles and used leeks and fresh garlic instead of the onion. Next I added the peas and carrots for my toddler. It was great. Nice and saucy. Not dry at all. I thought the whole package of noodles would have been too much.

Black Bean Rice Burgers

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2009
These were great. They do just fine without the egg because we are vegan. Just add some flour to it and it is just fine.
