Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Very good and spicy! I omitted the celery and bell pepper because my boyfriend doesn't like them, used turkey sausage to make it a little healthier, and added instant brown rice in the last 20 minutes of cook time. Wonderful, thank you!

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken

This was great! I added a can of corn, an extra half cup of salsa, and a little extra broth, and used chicken breasts because we don't like thighs. We squeezed lots of lime juice on top right before serving. My boyfriend and I were both a little unsure about the sweet potatoes, maybe they added to the flavor while cooking, but he didn't care for them. We're from the south and are used to really sweet sweet potatoes, so that could just be us. Overall, wonderful recipe, will make again!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This recipe is excellent!!! I am a novice cook and this is my first pot roast. I made a few modifications based on past reviews: Used low sodium beef broth instead of water; with 3 hours left, added oven roasted baby red potatoes, small bag of baby carrots, one cup of onion, and 8 ounces sliced mushrooms. Also put flour and garlic powder on the roast and browned it in olive oil. Kept everything else the same and came out amazing!!! Thanks for the recipe!!!
