Boudreaux's Zydeco Stomp Gumbo

This was really good and my guests loved it. I ended up doing only 2 quarts of chicken broth, used doubled the meat amts and used Sam Adams Boston Lager. Served over Jasmine rice. Nice amount of heat but not overpowering. Will make again!

Golden Pork Chops

Used 1 can of golden mushroom and 1 can of cream of mushroom. Served over rice. It was good. I browned the chops with garlic powder, seasoning salt and pepper. Next time will use less salt. Husband and kids liked it.

Fruit Dip II

Really good. Like best with other user's changes with additional orange juice and whip cream.
