Greek Orzo and Broccoli

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2011
Just added a little salt, but otherwise delish. The almonds give it a nice texture. If you're using this as your full meal, I'd say the 6 servings really only equates to about 2-3.

Easy and tasty - have made with chicken and pork and added a little ginger for some extra flavor.

Steve's Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
Snowed in today in Chicago and happened to have all the ingredients on hand except the tarragon! Still turned out delicious! I only had regular chicken broth so I used about 2/3 regular chicken broth and 1/3 water (plus about 1/4 cube of chicken bouillon - per the suggestions). I thought it had plenty of flavor and will make again!

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
This has become a family favorite. The dill seasoning makes it unique and I've even aimed for a healthier version using 1% milk instead of cream and it's still very good.

Easy Garlic and Rosemary Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
This was fresh, juicy, and flavorful. I took a number of the comments below and used; 2 teaspoons of Rosemary (can't even imagine it with 2 tablespoons) Added a little chicken broth to the bottom of the pan Baked with lemon slices on top Served with Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli and simple wheat pasta with Parmesan. Will definitely make again.

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2010
Followed the recommendation for 30 minutes covered, followed by only 5 covered/5 uncovered for the vegetables. I used green beans instead of asparagus and they were perfect. Agree with the recommendations to use less spices. I used about 3/4 of what the recipe called for and about 1/2 of the salt.

Creamy Pesto Chicken and Bow Ties

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
Made as directed with Classico Pesto and added some fresh diced tomatoes. Was pretty good, a little salty with the Campbells soup, so think I'd add a little less than directed next time.

Grilled Tuna Steaks with Dill Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
This was an interesting sauce, and I liked it alot for something different. I scaled down to 2 servings and it still made more than double what I actually needed.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2010
Loved this more than any store bought marinade. It was quick, easy, and really flavorful for just dipping the chicken in and basting during grilling.

This was easy and delicious! Made it with penne instead of bowties and was still very good.
